The offset support is mainly used to support the chimney above an incline. However, it can also be used to provide additional support when the chimney height exceeds the capacity of the main support, or the horizontal support. Offset support fasteners measure 24″ and the collar adjusts to 6 5/8″ or 8″ outside the venting system.
