EXCELDirect® brackets are suitable for all pitched and flat roofs. The choice is determined solely by the desired visual appearance in a room, as long as it is greater than 1/4 inch. These brackets are designed to act as both a support and an attic radiation shield. To use either support as an attic radiation shield, simply close the open area at the top of the support (in the attic) with a flashing collar. Round and square brackets can support up to 50′ of 4″ x 6 5/8″ venting or 40′ of 5″ x 8″ venting.
