With a profile of only 8.75″, the PHRVTE-120 is ideal for condos and apartments that do not have a mechanical room and where it must be located above a false ceiling. The energy recovery core in the center of the unit transfers heat and moisture from the incoming air to the outgoing air that has been cooled and dried by the building’s air conditioner if present.
